support@word-drop.appClose the app fully and reopen it. If the problem persists, make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store and that you have a stable internet connection. If the issue continues, email us and we'll help you troubleshoot.
Open the in-game shop and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so make sure you're signed in with the same account you used for the original purchase. If it still doesn't appear, email support@word-drop.app with the date of purchase and the product you bought.
Multiplayer requires an active internet connection. Try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data, or restart the app. If the issue only happens with a specific friend, make sure you're both using the latest version of Word Drop.
Rewards are delivered after the full video finishes playing. If you closed the ad early, the reward may not be granted. If you did watch the full ad and still didn't receive your reward, email us with a brief description of what happened.
Please email support@word-drop.app with a description of what happened, what you were doing when it happened, and your device model if possible. Screenshots or short videos are always appreciated and help us fix the issue faster.
Notifications can be disabled at any time through your device's notification settings. Ad tracking can be limited through your device's privacy and advertising settings. Ad-free gameplay is available through the in-game Founder Pack purchase.
